Depending on the form used, the following data is collected.

Subject of the request.

Attached document (optional).

Application form:

First and last name.
Email address.
Phone number.
LinkedIn profile (optional).
Field of expertise.
Years of experience.
CV.
Cover letter (optional).
Reasons for wanting to join the company.
Availability.
Expected annual salary (optional).

Crane selector access form:

First and last name.
Email address.
Company.
Job title (optional).

While you browse, technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) is also processed by the tools described in section 7.

3. Purposes of processing

Answering your contact and information requests (contact form).
Reviewing your application as part of a recruitment process (application form).
Keeping your application for future opportunities, if you tick the box “I agree that my data may be kept for future opportunities”.
Giving you access to the crane selector (selector form).
Sending you technical resources and news from Sunny Design & Solution, if you tick the box “I would like to receive technical resources and news from Sunny Design & Solution”.
Measuring site traffic: Google Analytics if you accept it in the cookie banner, and cookieless Burst Statistics.
Protecting the site’s forms against automated submissions (spam, bots).

4. Legal basis

Contact requests, applications and access to the crane selector: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Keeping your application for future opportunities and sending technical resources and news: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), collected through an optional checkbox.
Audience measurement with Google Analytics: your consent, collected through the cookie banner.
Visit statistics with cookieless Burst Statistics: the legitimate interest of Sunny Design & Solution in measuring traffic to its site (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
Form protection with Google reCAPTCHA: the legitimate interest of Sunny Design & Solution in securing its site (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Retention period

Contact requests and access to the crane selector: up to 3 years from your last contact.
Technical resources and news: until you unsubscribe, and up to 3 years from your last contact.
Applications: for the duration of the recruitment process. If you agree to your data being kept for future opportunities, up to 2 years from your last contact.
Audience measurement: see section 7.

6. Data recipients

The data collected is intended for Sunny Design & Solution. It is also processed by the following service providers, solely to perform their technical services:

Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus), the site’s hosting provider.
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), for sending automated emails and managing the contact lists linked to the crane selector and to news. This processing is governed by Annex 3 of Brevo’s terms of use (data processing agreement).
Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), for Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics.

These providers use your data only to deliver their service to Sunny Design & Solution.

Transfers outside the European Union: Brevo and Google may use subcontractors located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, for Google LLC, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Cookies and audience measurement

A consent banner lets you accept or refuse cookies on your first visit, and change your choice at any time using the “Manage consent” button shown at the bottom of the screen (🍪 icon on mobile).

Google Analytics: measures site traffic and traffic sources (search engines, social networks, inbound links). Its cookies are only set after you consent. Cookie lifetime: 13 months maximum. Audience data retention: 14 months.
Burst Statistics: visit statistics (pages viewed, visit duration), measured without cookies: the tool only uses an anonymous identifier recalculated every day, which cannot be used to track you from one day to the next. Limited to audience measurement, it is exempt from consent. The data is stored on the site’s hosting and is not shared with any third party. Retention: 13 months maximum.
Google reCAPTCHA: protects the site’s forms (contact, application, crane selector) against automated and fraudulent submissions. This service collects technical data (IP address, browsing behaviour) that is sent to Google. To find out more: Google Privacy Policy.
