Sunny Design & Solution is a French industrial design office based in Toulon, specialising in engineering, computer-aided design (3D/2D CAD/BIM) and project management for industry. Our engineers, CAD drafters and erection supervisors work in two ways: as technical assistance embedded in your teams, or through outsourced lump-sum studies.
Our contractors join your teams, at your premises or on site, for the full duration of the assignment. You meet the candidate before the start.

Our software
Our teams are proficient in SolidWorks modelling, CATIA design, AutoCAD and 3D modelling with Bentley MicroStation, and adapt to your project’s software environment. We work with the engineering teams of plant operators and turnkey contractors on waste power plants, process and petrochemical installations and top-tier COMAH establishments, throughout France and internationally.
Our designers and engineers come from the field: their deliverables can be used directly by your erection teams, with no back-and-forth.

Full preparation of the dismantling and renovation of the waste power plant, then supervision of the erection of the line 2 flue gas treatment, at a facility processing 160,000 t/year for 13 municipalities in the Île-de-France region.
Worksite and erection design assignment on the Nantes waste power plant: site evolution sheet per sheet, constructability books, boiler erection books, steel structure phasing, civil work reservation book and subcontractor coordination.
Erection design office reinforcement, site follow-up and project management for the renovation of the Maubeuge waste power plant (UIOM), with process technical assistance.
Two-phase assignment on the waste power plant: complete erection assignment (phasing, constructability, boiler dimensional book, technical notes), then update of the general arrangement drawings with integration of the standardised equipment coding (KKS) into the 3D model.
Belgrade: one of the largest waste power plants in the Balkans. Our team delivered 3D modelling, guide drawings for all disciplines, fabrication of steel structures and air ducts, and clash analysis.
Two phases on the Runeva waste power plant: worksite and erection design (site and steel structure phasing, constructability, boiler dimensional book, erection books), then design update in the design office following project changes.

Sunny Design & Solution is an industrial engineering and design consultancy based in Toulon. We work in integration design, piping, steel structure, erection, flue gas treatment and erection method. We work with manufacturers and turnkey contractors on waste-to-energy, industrial process and petrochemical projects.

Both. We work on plants in operation (equipment replacement, layout modifications) as well as on new lines.
No. Sunny Design & Solution always works as a service provider or subcontractor. We work alongside the general contractor and turnkey contractors; we do not act as general contractor.
We assess your needs, propose a candidate and you meet them. The assignment starts once you agree. The contractor joins your project for its full duration, supported by Sunny Design & Solution: our experts hold a daily video call with them and step in as soon as a technical difficulty arises. Invoicing is monthly, based on a signed timesheet.
Both. Our organisation is fully remote, which allows us to mobilise the right skills quickly without geographical constraints. Our technical assistance contractors work on site as required.
